Refunds and cooling-off

BizPilotAI is a digital SaaS delivered online. After you subscribe and we begin providing the service, we generally do not accept cancellation, refunds, or returns for convenience.

We may provide refunds when we failed to deliver the service due to reasons attributable to us, in cases of duplicate charges, when we deem a refund appropriate, or when required by law. Cooling-off rights under Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions do not apply to these communications sales.

Special conditions (plans)

Paid plans require that you are at least 18 years old, or that a legal guardian has consented if you are a minor.

The Pro plan includes AI features we provide or integrate. The BYO AI plan requires you to register your own AI API keys; you are responsible for external API fees, third-party terms, and key management.
