Third-party services (AI providers)

BizPilotAI may use AI-related services, cloud services, payment services, and other offerings from third parties such as OpenAI and Google. When you use those external services or features processed through them, the terms, policies, and other conditions of the applicable provider may apply. You must comply with those third-party conditions when using the service.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or non-infringement of third-party rights.

Except for damages caused by our intent or gross negligence, our liability for damages related to the service is limited to ordinary and direct damages, capped at the total fees you paid us for the service in the one (1) month preceding the event giving rise to the claim. For free-plan users, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where mandatory consumer protection or other laws prohibit exclusion or limitation of liability, those statutory provisions prevail.

Intellectual property

Intellectual property in the service, including software, UI, designs, text, images, programs, trademarks, and logos, belongs to us or our licensors.

You retain rights in data and content you submit. You grant us a license to use, copy, store, analyze, and process that content as needed to provide, maintain, improve, secure, and support the service.

You represent that you have the rights and lawful basis to submit data and to use outputs from the service.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Japan. Disputes between you and us relating to the service or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
